The good news is that a lot of our hot tub hen party houses have the price of the jacuzzi already incorporated into the price. For the few that there’s an additional fee, it tends to be around £200-£250 for the weekend to cover cleaning and maintenance fees. But once you divide this cost across the number of guests, it’s a small amount per person for an extra touch of luxury.
How many people do hot tubs seat?
Most standard hot tubs in our properties seat between 6-8 guests but there are larger tubs and some are custom-built hydro pools for much larger groups. Some of our hot tub hen party houses even have two hot tubs for double the fun!
How often are hot tubs cleaned?
All of our suppliers have the hot tubs cleaned after every use by a group. This is often why there is a small feed attached to hot tubs.
Are the hot tubs exclusive to our group at our hen party house?
The answer is almost always yes! Nearly all of our hen party houses with hot tubs are totally private and exclusive to you. There may be the odd couple of properties that have shared spa facilities but this information will be available to you prior to booking.
Is the hot tub available to use throughout my stay?
Yes, you can use the hot tubs throughout your weekend. Some of our hen party houses with hot tubs may have restrictions on the times that you can and can’t use them. For example, you may not be able to jump in the hot tubs after 10pm if they are in the garden due to homeowners respecting UK noise laws and noise pollution. This information will be made available to you for your booking.
What are the different types of hot tubs available?
Across our portfolio of hen party houses, you’ll find your standard hot tubs powered by electricity, but there are also wood-fired hot tubs where you have to light a fire to warm the water. A lot of our property owners will have these prepped for you in advance but should you have any concerns just ask us. Some of the more luxurious properties may even have larger and more powerful hydro jacuzzi hot tubs.
What are the essentials to pack for a hot tub hen party stay?
We always recommend bringing at least one extra towel per person. A lot of homeowners will provide towels for your stay, but these tend to be for showering rather than hot tub use. You’ll need your best swimwear, robes, and some sun cream to avoid burning your face as you sit leisurely eyes closed at the sky.

Do’s and Don’s for Hot Tubs at our Hen Accommodation
Our homeowners want you to have the absolute best time possible on your hen party and make full use of the hot tub facilities. But with this comes a few words of guidance to ensure safety and that groups are respectful.
Hot Tub Do’s…
- Tie up your hair – Between all the jets and vents, there are areas that could suck in your hair so it’s best to be on the safe side and tie any long hair up.
- Watch your alcohol consumption – We know that hen party houses, hot tubs and alcohol are a popular combination, but for safety reasons, we have to warn against consuming too much alcohol before entering the hot tub. With the heat that’s emitted from these tubs (around 40°C), it’s common to feel lightheaded after consuming alcohol so do be sensible with consumption.
- Drink plenty of water – With the average temperature of a hot tub being around 40°C, it’s important to keep topping up your water fluids and stay hydrated, particularly if you’re consuming alcohol.
- Take breaks and change seats – Again, the hot tub gets hot! So it’s a good idea to take breaks and swap in and out with your bride tribe. You’ll also find that there are different jets in some of the tubs so it’s worth trying out the different seats.
- Remember to put the cover back on – All hot tubs in our hen houses will come with a cover. Please remember to put these back on after use. They are heavy so have a few of you put these back on.
Hot Tub Dont’s…
- Enter the hot tub with fake tan or dirt – This may sound silly but it is important. Our hot tub hen party house owners request all guests to shower before entering, and not to wear fake tan. This is because fake tan and dirt can change the water colour and even discolour the tub, which would therefore require more maintenance and cleaning. If this happens, it could also have an impact on the next group staying. Any problems with the hot tub could incur a deduction to your security deposit.
- Jump into the hot tub – Hot tubs aren’t very deep, so it’s a big no-no for actually jumping into hot tubs. Nobody wants to get hurt, so please be careful.
- Run by the hot tub – Common sense prevails here but chances are it may be slippery just outside of the hot tubs from small splashes.
- Caution for injuries – If you have any open cuts or rounds, the heat from the hot tub could potentially cause problems so it may be best to sit this out.
- Get in if you’re pregnant – If you or a member of your hen group are attending and pregnant, it’s best to check with a doctor before using the hot tub.
- Eat or drink in the hot tub – Nobody wants to sit in a hot tub that has food and drink floating in it. Please keep all munching and drinking outside of the hot tub to avoid mess and extra cleaning / maintenance fees.
