Welcome to The Bayview Hot Tub Hideaway, a stunning coastal retreat situated in North Wales.
This property is two combined neighbouring properties (30-60 second walk between the two), the Main House sleeping 12 and a Cottage sleeping 7. This can be hired for up to 19 guests across the two properties (The Bayview Hot Tub Hideaway) or for up to 12 in The Main House.
The Main House – Sleeping up to 12 guests in 4 bedrooms, this gorgeous house features a hot tub with breathtaking views over the North and West shores, perfect for soaking in the beauty of the seaside town. With its blend of modern amenities and cosy charm, it’s the ideal spot for family getaways, celebratory weekends, or more relaxed stag and hen weekends.
The Cottage – The Cottage is a comfortable and relaxing 4 bedroom property for up to 7 guests, the downstairs has a French cottage vibe with exposed wooden beams and wooden flooring, while the upstairs bedrooms don a very modern but cosy atmosphere. 2 bedrooms share a gorgeous and new Jack & Jill bathroom.
Please note that the cottage is currently going through a refurbishment so will not be ready just yet. The Main House is still available.

Perfect for large celebrations, family gatherings, or stag and hen parties, this unique listing offers two beautiful houses on one private estate. Guests can choose to rent both properties together for up to 19 guests, or just the Main House for groups up to 12.
The Main House
The Main House is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom property set within private landscaped grounds. The property sleeps up to 12 guests with a double bed and single beds that can be linked to create super king beds. With a gated entrance, generous parking, and a charming garden, it offers the perfect setting for group stays and celebrations.
Inside, guests will find plenty of room to gather and relax. The large L-shaped lounge features a 55-inch Smart TV, while the elegant dining room seats up to 12. A modern kitchen with breakfast bar and an adjoining breakfast room (seating 10) make mealtimes a breeze. For added comfort, there’s a sunroom with panoramic views of Llandudno Bay, plus a study for quiet moments. A utility room is also available for convenience.
Enjoy the landscaped garden, terrace, and breathtaking coastal views. The grounds are ideal for outdoor dining and children’s play; enjoy some relaxing time in the bubbly hot tub with gorgeous views!
The Cottage
The Cottage is a welcoming 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom property, set in spacious private grounds, which can sleep up to 7 guests and has parking for up to 5 cars. Surrounded by mature gardens and greenery, it’s the perfect retreat for families or groups looking to relax and celebrate together.
Step inside to a bright hallway leading to a cosy ground-floor bedroom and modern shower room. Upstairs, the heart of the home awaits: a stylish lounge with log burner and 50-inch Smart TV, offering stunning views of Llandudno Bay. The fully equipped kitchen and elegant dining room make mealtimes a pleasure, while the panoramic views from conservatory and direct access to the patio and garden is ideal for casual dining or unwinding with friends.
A modern ground-floor shower room and a luxurious Jack & Jill bathroom (with gold fittings and full-size bath) ensure comfort for all guests. Enjoy the large garden with bubbling hot tub, patio dining area, and breathtaking views; ideal for family gatherings or group celebrations.

Booking Information
To secure your booking at The Bayview Hot Tub Hideaway, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
