Most our homes come with large dining tables, and some boast outdoor space with BBQs or pizza ovens for al fresco dining in the sunshine. Is parking available at your Edinburgh houses?

Typically, our houses require a two-night minimum stay – especially on weekends. However, midweek stays or last-minute gaps may allow for one-night bookings. Chat to us if you’re looking for a short break – we’ll do our best to help.
Do you accept stag and hen bookings at your Edinburgh group houses?
Lots of our group accommodations in and around Edinburgh will accept well-behaved stag and hen groups.
You can take a look at our stag friendly Edinburgh properties here, and hen-welcoming houses here.
Can we have a party at our Edinburgh holiday let?
Whilst our Edinburgh properties are set up to host large groups and often celebrations such as milestone birthday weekends, they are not specifically party houses. We want you to have the absolute best time, but also be mindful that some properties have neighbors and therefore noise must still be kept reasonably low.
If you are looking for a Edinburgh property let for a birthday party or special celebration, please speak to our Event Specialists as we can certainly help with a few suitable options that have dedicated event spaces on-site and are more equipped for this type of event.
