Booking Information
To secure your booking at Shottstone Farmhouse, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Security Deposit
Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.

Additional Information
Due to the on-site petting zoo, the owner of the property lives on-site. They will share front door access but have their own facilities on the third floor which is totally separate. No facilities are shared and rest assured, you will enjoy your own privacy.
