Are there any fees for advertising my property and working with you?
There are no advertising fees – listing your property with us is completely free, and all marketing is complimentary.
Many of our partners choose to offer a 10% commission on bookings we place, which helps us maintain competitive marketing and exposure for our properties. However, we’re flexible and happy to discuss a commission structure that works best for you.
Do I have to accept Stag & Hen bookings at my property?
No, accepting stag and hen bookings isn’t required. However, a large portion of our clients do fit these group types. We speak to all guests at length to emphasise our properties are not party houses, and we make this clear to every guest, along with requiring a sizable security deposit to deter excessive noise, extra cleaning, or damages. Nearly all of our stag and hen bookings go smoothly and by accepting well-behaved stag and hen groups, you’re receive even more bookings.
How are my listings managed?
We handle all property updates for you. Send us any updates or changes at any time of the year, and we’ll aim to make those updates within 7 days. Our goal is to keep your listing fresh, accurate, and appealing without you lifting a finger.

We work with a wide variety of properties, from grand mansions and charming country retreats to stylish central townhouses and spacious apartments. Whether your property is a luxurious manor or a cosy flat, it must accommodate a minimum of 8 guests and meet our high-quality standards.

To join our community of trusted hosts, your property must accommodate a minimum of 8 guests. As specialists in group stays, we focus on homes that provide ample space for family celebrations, friends’ getaways, or stag and hen parties. Comfortable, well-thought-out spaces are key to meeting the needs of our clients. Additionally, all properties must have Public Liability Insurance to ensure safety and peace of mind for both you and your guests.
We also require high-quality, high-resolution images that capture your property’s unique features and charm. A compelling, detailed property description is equally important, highlighting key amenities such as hot tubs, sea views, or spacious gardens to attract the right guests.
Your property should be maintained to a consistently high standard, ensuring a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for every stay. Finally, a clear set of house rules helps set expectations and promotes a smooth experience for everyone involved.
Can I advertise special offers for my properties?
Absolutely! Just reach out to our marketing team and we’ll happily add your offers to your listing and include them in our campaigns, all at no cost to you.
How do you keep on top of availability of my property?
We work in various ways with our partners. If your website or 3rd party listing has a calendar that you keep up to date, our team can check this before quoting your group accommodation to our clients. Alternatively, we can also use an iCal link if you have this set up.
