One of our most popular features is our American style pool house / games room featuring a pool table, table football, air hockey, juke box and private bar with TV. It makes for an excellent space to socialise, laugh and make memories. Inside the property is a secondary games room with large pool table and pinball machine. Additionally, we have a cinema room for you to make the most of.
With a large well equipped kitchen for all your catering needs and many dining and seating spaces, you can dine with guests in the utmost comfort.
For the active members of your group, we have a flood lit tennis court exclusively for guests, and an indoor gym space with boxing pads and training kit.

Booking Information
To secure your booking at the Opulent Mansion Estate, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
