The house has 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 12 people, perfect for families and friends looking for a city break.
This space is yours for the entire stay. Featuring an outside patio that is perfect for the sunnier days. It includes free car parking, WIFI and a TV in each bedroom and the Lounge. It also has 2 entrances for the late night partyers.

About London Modern Townhouse
Enjoy the beautiful spacious blue master bedroom with double or twin beds, black-out blinds and a single sofa bed, with a great wardrobe. A private en-suite with a bath and separate shower. The second roomy bedroom has a large double or twin bed with a makeup table. On to the third bedroom with a 4ft double bed with large windows, also with black-out blinds to block the light on those early mornings. Lastly the fourth bed room has a 4ft double bed having a super cosy feel.
The open plan kitchen includes a dining table perfect for socialising situated in the lounge keeping your party all together.

To secure your booking at the London Mordern Townhouse, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
