The Merryside Villa is a unique, boutique, large self-catering house that sleeps up to 23 people. It’s located in Bournemouth which offers 7 fabulous miles of golden beaches. It is the ideal venue for family holidays, stag and hen groups, get togethers and special occasions – whether they be short breaks or longer holidays.
The property is spacious and has all the facilities and amenities for a self catering stay, and is in great location just a short distance away from both Bournemouth centre and the beach.

Merryside Villa has a gorgeous outdoor patio and garden with outdoor furniture, pizza oven and a large, luxurious hot tub for guests to use and enjoy.
For any groups looking to enjoy the sea, or head into town for the restaurants and bars then you won’t have far to travel.
To secure your booking at Bournemouth Merryside Villa, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.
Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
