The Riverbank Holiday Home is a stunning modern house situated just a short ten minute drive from Manchester city centre. With parking, front and back gardens, and a beautiful conservatory with large hot tub (available at extra cost), this property is the ideal comforting stay for large groups visiting our lively city.
Riverside Holiday Home has 6 bedrooms and a balcony off the second floor bedroom with views overlooking the river. We have 16 beds across the property for guests to use, all of which are single beds.

About Manchester Riverbank Holiday Home
The property has been set up to have a large downstairs communal area, perfect for getting all of your group together to socialise, dine together, and play some games before a night out in town. It’s an open plan dining room and kitchen, with seating at the dining table for your entire group. The kitchen area is modern and well equipped with all the utensils you’ll need for a self catering stay.
Riverbank holiday home is less than a mile from the City Centre and a short walk to Manchester Science & Technology Museum or Coronation Street The Tour (Granada Studios). Deansgate is just a short walk through Peel Park and across the River to Salford University. Meadow Park is located in front of the complex.
This house welcomes families, friends, and respectful stag and hen groups. With its prime location and excellent transport links nearby, you couldn’t have a better property to act as a home away from home whilst you explore and have fun in Manchester.

Booking Information
To secure your booking at the Manchester Riverbank Holiday Home, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
