Both houses have a large living room space for socialising and relaxing, as well as bright and well equipped kitchen and dining spaces. The kitchen leads out into a garden so that you can enjoy the sunshine, and has a patio suitable for making BBQs.
These properties are less than a mile from the city centre so a cheap and quick journey into Manchester. There are local amenities a short walk away, and excellent transport links are nearby.
