Alcotraz - Prison Cocktail Bar

We had a brilliant stay. Fantastic hosts, warm, welcoming and always on hand if we needed anything, although everything was so well set up that we didn’t have a single issue.

The property itself was outstanding. Spotlessly clean, beautifully kept, and even better than expected. It felt comfortable the moment we walked in, and it was clear how much care goes into looking after the place. We couldn’t fault a thing and would highly recommend staying here. A first-class experience all round.

We had the most wonderful couple of nights here as a group of girls. From the moment we booked until check out the hosts were so helpful and attentive in making sure everything went smoothly. The house is AMAZING, the photos really don’t do it justice, immaculately clean, dressed beautifully and everything you need so you don’t need to leave and enjoy time with friends or family. We will definitely be returning in the warmer months to enjoy the outdoor spaces.

We recently stayed here as a group of 11 friends and had a lovely time. The house is immaculate and felt luxurious – like somewhere I would dream of living! The garden gets lots of sunlight and there is plenty of space to relax on the outdoor furniture. The hot tub was a fun feature. We took a walk from the house to a nearby reservoir which was stunning and a great space for the dogs. We would absolutely return in the future.

What an incredible day! Our party of 10 visited and we were a mix of seasoned zip-liners and nervous first-time fliers, and the instructors made it an experience we’ll never forget. Their perfect balance of fun banter and rock-solid professionalism put everyone at ease, from the teenagers to the almost-pensioners!

Zip line adventure was a mind blowing experience! Good variety in the speed, views and length of the zip lines. You get to do 8 long zips in a really untouched area accompanied by fun and reassuring instructors. Every zip is tandem so you can watch each other as you go! Totally recommend!

Went with a group of ladies to celebrate some friends birthdays and had the most amazing time.

We had a blast! It was a bit more physically demanding than I’ve expected but I managed. Instructors were very supportive and present at all time which makes all the activities fell safe and well organised. I would recommend for all outdoorsy forests lovers!
