About Derby Self Catering Accommodation
Within the ground floor of the property is a gorgeous sitting room, making it the perfect space for you and your group to unwind and put your feet up and catch up! You also have access to the properties library, so if you want to spend a bit of time burying your head in some books you have amble opportunity to do so.
The Mezzannine floor consists of the huge open plan kitchen as well as the dining room with a spacious dining table, making it the perfect space for all of your group to congregate and socialise. This space also has a pool table, so if you and your group are feeling competitive this is at your disposal. This also leads to the garden which consists of a large seated area with a fire pit. So if you want to unwind in the sun during the day and top up the tan or gather round the fire pit and gaze at the stars, this space is perfect for all.
The property also boasts a cinema room within the properties cellar, this includes a 65 inch TV and Blu Ray player.
So whether you are a stag or hen group or a family get together, this property is suitable for all.

To secure your booking at the Derby Countryside Manor House, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
