About Sunnyside Hot Tub Haven
Just a short cab or bus ride away you’ll find an abundance of lively pubs and bars in Kemptown, the marina with a cinema, bowling alley, casino and all the famous restaurants so you can eat and drink whilst watching the boats come in and out of the docks. The bus stop is a 4 minute walk away which will also help you to see Brighton’s famous landmarks like the i360, Brighton Pier and the Royal Pavilion.
This beautiful holiday rental has a huge living room space with comfy sofas and large TV, which also leads into the dining room with a dining table that can seat 6-10 guests. The glass French doors into the garden really keeps all the natural sunlight beaming through. The large kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances and amenities you’ll need for a self catering stay.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
