About The Bolton Fell Retreat
Step inside and be greeted by the grandeur of the open-plan living room. Relax on a comfy sofa while catching a movie or sports game on the giant 100″ TV. Just behind the sofa is the games den including a full size pool table, darts, and foosball.
Just above this space on the first floor is the kitchen and dining area. The Bolton Fell Retreat boasts a unique house layout and this space is truly the heart of the house where everyone can socialise together. The kitchen is modern and sleek complete with top-of-the-range appliances including air fryer and wine chiller. Don’t fancy cooking yourself? We can arrange a private chef to handle the cooking for you.
Retreat to 5 luxurious bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for a restful stay. 2 bedrooms boast a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom, while the premier bedroom features a walk-in dressing room and a stunning en-suite bathroom with a free-standing roll-top bath.
Step outside onto our multi-level patio area where you’ll find a large hot tub waiting for you. Explore the multi-level terraces and discover hidden nooks in the mature, landscaped gardens. Nature lovers will appreciate the surrounding woodland and its beautiful birdlife.
Perfect for hen groups, on the mezzanine level you will find a space with mirrors to get ready for a social indoors or an exciting night in town.

Booking Information
To secure your booking at The Bolton Fell Retreat you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
