This magnificent property features all the luxury holiday amenities you could need including a heated outdoor pool, hot tub and sauna, gym area, pool table, and outdoor kitchen with BBQ and wood burning pizza oven.  It’s absolutely perfect for large groups of up to 22 guests celebrating, getting together with friends, or hen and stag weekends.

The nearest town is Abingdon just 2 miles away with a selection of pubs for those wanting some traditional food and beverages. You’ll also find a further 5 pubs in 2 nearby villages. For city nightlight, catch a taxi into Oxford city centre.

You’ll have a fully equipped modern kitchen with stove, oven, toaster, utensils, cups and more. Take advantage of this self catering holiday home by ordering in a food delivery from one of the local supermarkets. There is a large freestanding fridge and freezer to store all of your food and drink.

There are two living room spaces, one with a large flat screen TV (SKY available). We also have a large dining table that can comfortably seat 16 guests for dinner.

The conservatory is perfect for those wanting to take in the Oxfordshire country views, or have a game of pool with friends. It also overlooks the outdoor pool and hot tub.

This Oxford Holiday Home has an enormous 3-acre garden for guests to enjoy games of their choice. On a sizzling hot day, get your swimming trunks and outfits on and hop into the pool to cool off. As night time and the cold creeps around, warm up in the 7 seater luxurious hot tub.

The garden has glorious views overlooking beautiful landscapes with horses in the fields. You’ll also find a gas BBQ and a chimney for roasting marshmallows. Pizza lovers will be in pizza heaven with the wood burning oven.

We will provider all of the basics you need to ensure a comfortable and equipped stay – washing powder, dishwasher tablets, soap, ice, etc.  We have all crockery and cutlery you will need.

The property has full central heating and 2 open fires / 1 wood burner to keep you cosy on cooler evenings.

We also have a bar area so you can hook up your finest spirits and let the good times flow.

Not to forget to mention karaoke equipment, a small gym to blast away the previous day’s food and drink sins, and a sauna room!

The property has it’s own private gated entrance, and there is plenty of parking for multiple cars on the estate.
