The Oxford Homestead near Oxford is a stunning property that can comfortably sleep up to 25 guests across 8 bedrooms. It features a hot tub and a large garden space with a BBQ and ample outdoor seating so your group can all sit together and soak up that glorious sun.
The accommodation is an approximate 35 minute drive to Oxfords city centre where you and your group can explore what Oxford has to offer, including its fantastic restaurants, bars, shops and clubs. If you don’t fancy the journey you can soak up and relax in your own private Hot Tub.

About The Cottage
Welcome to the fabulous 17th Century Oxfordshire Collection, a magical setting for your break away near Oxford. The Homestead is exquisitely set in it’s own sweeping parkland, pasture and woodland and is approached through cast-iron entrance gates, down a long, private, tree-lined carriage drive.
The Homestead with 8 bedrooms sleeps up to 25 guests. Some single beds can also be zipped to form doubles when requested with a minimum week’s notice.
The estate lies within glorious, rolling Cotswold countryside with magnificent views, wonderful walks and total privacy; yet is not isolated being only a short drive to the vibrant, historic, University City of Oxford plus a delightful Cotswold Pub and Restaurant is just a short walk away. London is an hour away and Cheltenham is a 30 minute drive.
The Homestead features a beautiful orangery/dining room with southerly views over parkland, and a sitting room with Cotswold stone fireplace. The contemporary kitchen boasts granite worktops, a breakfast island, an American style fridge freezer, and full laundry facilities. Super fast ‘Air Fibre’ broadband is provided, plus a 45in HD TV and a DVD player in the sitting room, and TVs in some bedrooms.
Guests have exclusive use of a hot-tub, BBQ and patio furniture set in private lawns, and shared use of 70 acres of parkland incorporating natural ponds/picnic areas.
There is also shared access to the Games Barn on the estate which features a pool table, football table, air hocky table, tennis set and numerous outdoor sporting games equipment. With a six window southerly frontage, the room is flooded with natural light and enjoys far reaching views across our parkland. Fast Wi-Fi is provided, oak flooring throughout, plus a WC and guest laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Booking Information
To secure your booking at the Oxford Homestead, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
