Fully Equipped Kitchen – Cooking for a crowd? No problem! The kitchen is kitted out with a large American fridge/freezer, electric oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, and even wine and prosecco glasses for those special toasts.

To secure your booking at The Winston Farm Retreat, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
