The Player’s Warehoue is a converted warehouse that blends industrial charm with modern comforts, and sleeps up to 16 guests across 5 bedrooms.

About The Player’s Warehouse
The Player’s Warehouse boasts an awesome large communal area with table tennis and football. It’s a brilliant space to entertain and have some fun with some drinks before heading out to continue the party in Bristol.
Adjoining the lounge area you will find a fully equipped kitchen to tackle all your catering needs. Don’t let the industrial corkboard look put you off, you’ll have everything you need to cook up tasty breakfasts and evening meals.
For sleeping arrangements, you will find 5 bedrooms with an array of double, single & king size beds. Each bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom providing plenty of space for getting ready.
The property is very close to the heart of Bristol, just a short 15-20 minute drive or bus away from all of the action. The location makes it ideal to head out for dining options and a pub or bar crawl until the early hours of the morning.

Booking Information
To secure your booking at The Player’s Warehouse, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
