Summerdale Old Stables is a lovely, traditional self-catering property that has been skilfully renovated with period character. It’s located in the rolling Derbyshire countryside which provides spectacular views in all directions and is just 45 minutes away from the heart of Nottingham.
It features 6 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 4 of which are en-suite. The property has a pool table and the use of the shared tennis court. The large kitchen with separate dining area is easily able to sit the whole of your party together, there is also a good sized sitting room with patio doors opening on to a private patio with wonderful views over the surrounding countryside.
You will need to bring your own consumables as they are not provided, such as washing liquid, loo rolls, bin bags, etc.

There is a good sized sitting room with television, DVD and stereo and patio doors which open on to a private outdoor area with BBQ facilities, (please bring your own charcoal) and garden furniture, overlooking the wonderful surrounding countryside.
In addition to the kitchen, dining and sitting rooms, the ground floor has a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge and freezer, a pool table, a large shower room with toilet and wash basin and two bedrooms – one with three single beds and the other with four.
The first floor comprises one double bedroom, two double bedrooms which also have a single bed and a twin bedroom . All the bedrooms on this floor are en-suite.
There is off road parking available. There is shared use of the tennis court, but rackets and balls are not provided.
You can also add either 1 or 2 hot tubs to this property for an extra fee, if this is of interest please speak to your event coordinator after enquiring.
To secure your booking at the Summerdale Old Stables, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.
Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
