Josh
Head of Sales
Josh has been part of the Adventure Connections crew for over a decade, and in that time he’s organised just about every kind of event you can think of; from stags and hens to family get-togethers and full-blown corporate Christmas parties.
He’s planned thousands of group trips, but also lived it himself: as a best man, a groom, and an all-round seasoned event-goer. He’s also travelled across most of Europe, Japan, Southeast Asia and Sri Lanka. It’s safe to say he knows what makes a great trip, from both sides of the plan.
Favourite property: Cidermaker’s Farmhouse
Favourite activity: Indoor Karting
Recent adventures: Took a two week trip to Japan in May with Adam to explore Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, Hakone and cycle 70km across six islands on the Shimanami Kaido.
Justin
Founder
Adventure Connections started on a raft in East Sussex, when Justin overheard a client say, “It’s really hard to find fun things to do like this all the time.” That spark turned into a 25-year adventure. From a corner desk in a garage to one of the UK’s leading large-group event agencies. Built on graft, curiosity and a love of bringing people together, Justin’s been helping groups make memories ever since.
His mission is to take the stress out of planning and put the fun back in. Justin’s goal is always the same no matter the event: great stays, great experiences, zero hassle. Outside of events, you’ll find him sailing, tango dancing, or on the court playing tennis and squash.
Favourite property: Brighton Pavilion Gatehouse
Favourite activity: Sailing
Recent adventures: This year, Justin’s been skiing twice in Courchevel and spent two sun-soaked weeks catamaran sailing off the coast of Greece.
Georgia
Event Sales Executive
For over five years, Georgia’s been the go-to for unforgettable hen and stag weekends and big festive celebrations. She’s a born organiser who knows that great events come down to getting the details right.
This year, she planned her biggest adventure yet with three months travelling across Australia and New Zealand (with a quick Bali stop) and even threw herself out of a plane for a skydive. That mix of careful planning and fearless spirit is exactly what makes Georgia so good at what she does. She knows that the best adventures are the ones that feel effortless.

Recent Adventures: Georgia recently returned from three incredible months exploring Australia and New Zealand, with a quick stop in Bali to round off the trip in true sunshine style.
Adam
Head of Marketing
Adam’s been part of the Adventure Connections family for nearly 8 years, starting in Sales & Admin, progressing to Head of Marketing. He works closely with our property owners and activity suppliers, giving him a sharp eye for what makes an experience memorable.
Twice a best man in one year, Adam’s planned stags in Bristol, Bath, and Portugal, so he knows exactly what it takes to plan successfully. He’s also behind many of our blogs and articles. He puts himself in the shoes of event organisers on a daily basis so that he can create content that’s not just fun to read but genuinely helpful for our clients.

Favourite activity: It’s a Knockout
Recent adventures: Earlier this year, Adam spent two weeks exploring Japan with Josh, and he’s now gearing up for a trip to Prague in search of some proper medieval vibes.
Sam
Senior Sales Executive
With over a decade in the stag and hen industry, Sam’s seen and planned it all. Having worked with multiple agencies before joining Adventure Connections, he knows exactly what makes an unforgettable group trip, from travel and accommodation to the best local spots near your property. If you’ve got a question, chances are Sam’s already got the answer.
When he’s not helping groups plan their celebrations, he’s managing Punnetts Town FC (his local football club) where his knack for organisation, teamwork and logistics comes in just as handy off the pitch as it does on it.

Marketing Assistant
Emily’s journey to marketing is anything but ordinary. Originally from Canada, she built her career here in the UK first as a teacher, before swapping lesson plans for marketing campaigns. Years before Adventure Connections rebranded Office Christmas, she actually worked there on the Sales & Events team, helping clients plan and book their festive parties.
That mix of teaching, event planning, and creativity shines through in everything she does. Emily loves helping people, sharing useful ideas, and turning her know-how into content that genuinely makes life easier for our readers.
Favourite property: Heaton Park Spa House
Favourite activity: Mobile Beauticians and Treatments
Recent adventures: Emily recently returned to Canada to spend time with her family after a few years apart, and made sure to squeeze in a visit to the spectacular Niagara Falls while she was there.
Grace
Customer Care Specialist
Grace is at the heart of what makes Adventure Connections special; genuine care, great communication, and a love for helping people. She leads the way in delivering exceptional customer service, always going the extra mile to make sure guests and partners have everything they need.
Before joining our team, Grace honed her skills at the Hilton and a local venue, where she perfected the art of five-star service and a meticulous eye for detail. That same level of care shines through in everything she does here. And when she’s not helping clients or partners, you’ll find her planning her next adventure because travel is her favourite kind of inspiration.
