Thanks to advances both in equipment and teaching techniques, you can now experience the excitement and thrill that a seasoned sailor experiences instantaneously!

Full day race experience

Available in Brighton

Our Sigmas 8s are picked for their race pedigree and nimble attributes. With a crew of 5 on each yacht there’s plenty of excitement as you smash through the waves and cross your competitors bow to the finish line. Our instructors will meet you for a debrief and then teach the novices and ensure everyone is familiar with their boat. You’ll then have a light lunch before going back out to sea for a series of races.

Thames Sailing Barge

Available in Portsmouth & Southampton

Take to the sea in a beautifully refurbished Thames Sailing Barge based at Gun Wharf Quays in Portsmouth, moored in the shadow cast by famous landmark the Spinnaker Tower.Perfect for a sailing event, this elegant vessel is also available for charter should you wish to host a dockside party, and can comfortably seat 18 guests in her dining area for formal meals. At sea and after learning the ropes, budding sailors are encouraged to take control on the trip back to Gun Wharf Quays and fully experience sailing life!

Charter a Bavaria 45

Available in Brighton

Sail aboard a luxury yacht, accommodating up to 12 guests. The new Bavaria Cruiser 45 is the flagship for mid-size yachts. The design highlights include, predictably, the largest bathing platform in her class, electrically raised and lowered (very James Bond) and twin rudders. With so much beam aft, twin rudders are necessary to ensure predictable steering at higher angles of heel, which a centreline single rudder could only achieve through a very deep draft. Every yacht comes with a skipper and with a little practice they are easy to master.

Beneteau Sailing Experience

The first session will be spent getting to grips with the basics of sailing under the watchful eye of one of our professional yacht skippers. Whilst hoisting those sails, race training and talking tactics, you will have the privilege to view the city from the sea. To succeed the group will have to learn to work and bond as a team out on the ocean. This is a brilliant event for team building or leisure groups. If you don’t fancy the hands-on sailing experience we can take the ropes for you and you can sit back and enjoy a leisurely sail.

Volvo 70 Sailing Experience

Step on board one of the most exciting ‘high octane’ racing yachts, this immensely powerful racing yacht is capable of speeds in excess of 30 knots – truly extraordinary! You’ll have the aid of a professional crew to help guide you and see speeds in excess of 20 knots, in sheltered waters. Take the helm of this blistering behemoth and take part in as much rope pulling as you can manage.
