Spread across 6 storeys, the Brighton Pavilion Gatehouse offers a wealth of features designed to make your stay both luxurious and convenient.
With 11 bedrooms, the house provides ample space for 32 guests to sleep in single beds, ensuring everyone enjoys their own space for rest and relaxation. Many of the bedrooms have views that overlook Brighton and you can see the i360 in the distance, and Royal Pavilion.
Recently refreshed in 2025, the house now features a new coat of paint, adding character and personality to every room. It blends old-world charm with contemporary style, making it an elegant yet comfortable place for your event or getaway.
The heart of the house is its grand dining room, which boasts a huge dining table capable of seating the majority of your party. It’s the perfect spot for gathering all of your guests, whether you’re enjoying a delicious meal together or hosting an intimate dinner party. Many of our guests enjoy hiring a private chef to prepare a two or three course meal.
The split-level living room is equally impressive, with plenty of seating for all your guests, making it an ideal spot to relax, socialise, or enjoy a movie night. The dartboard in the basement breakfast room adds an extra touch of fun, making it a great space for friendly competitions while you enjoy your morning coffee.

To secure your booking at the Brighton Pavilion Gatehouse, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
