The Brighton Town Holiday Retreat is a truly beautiful home and the perfect base to explore and have fun in the colourful city of Brighton. It’s located in the heart of the Laines and just around the corner from the famous Pavilion, so you couldn’t be in a better location. Our spacious house sleeps 22 at full capacity with 6 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms.
Whether visiting with family and friends or enjoying the city as a stag or hen do, this home has everything to offer. Brand newly styled & renovated by a local interior designer the home has a luxurious feel and has been designed with only your comfort in mind.

About Brighton Town Holiday Retreat
A standout feature of the property is our luscious rooftop terrace. It’s perfect to unwind in after a day sight-seeing in the city. It’s a quiet spot in paradise and raised so that the sun reaches it. With comfy seating and a spot to serve your BBQ, you and your guests will love this spot.
Our spacious property has loads of social space for all of your guests with a huge open plan living rooms, drinks area and dining room. After a long day you’ll find plenty of home comforts and snug pillows to relax and chat.
There is a fully stocked kitchen and dining area, that is perfect of anyone looking to prepare a large group meal. You’ll find plenty of teas, fresh coffee, and all the cooking essentials you need, so please help yourself! The kitchen opens out into a large dining area, providing a perfect place to have a dinner party.
Inside the property you will find six light and airy bedrooms. Two have beautiful king-size beds and the other four have twin beds. There are 5 comfy sofa beds as well, with 4 of these being located in bedrooms and not the social areas. The sofa beds have full width, slimline double mattresses pull out from inside them and hotel quality bed linen.
There are two large bathrooms with two-person showers, and one roll top bath, there is also an extra shower room and separate toilet; meaning there is plenty of room for everyone to get washed and ready at the same time so not to delay getting out. Toiletries like soap, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryers are all fully provided. There are lots of mirrors dotted around the different rooms for getting ready.

Booking Information
To secure your booking at the Brighton Town Holiday Retreat , you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
