Le Marais Townhouse has 2 luxury en suite bathrooms, a generous family bathroom with a jacuzzi bath & an additional cloakroom with WC on the ground floor. There is a large lounge along with a separate delightful dining room to seat 20 guests which conveniently connects with the fully equipped kitchen.
The house is close to the many cafes, bars, restaurants and shops that Brighton has to offer!

To secure your booking at the Le Marais Townhouse, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
