Booking Information
To secure your booking at The Smuggler’s Rest, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.

Lower Ground Floor
- The Pearly Pink Boudoir – Sleeps 4, with a triple bunk and single bed. Feature mermaid wallpaper
- Bathroom – Spacious and beautifully finished with bath and separate shower, wash basin and WC.
Ground Floor
- Kitchen/dining room – The dining table seats 16 with bench seating and is a great place to enjoy a meal together. Feature mermaid wallpaper and art. The kitchen is fresh and contemporary with brink tiling. There is a small outside smoking terrace just off the kitchen.
First Floor
- The Seashells Room – Sleeps 2 with a double bed.
- The Mermaids Salon – Spacious living room with feature mermaid art, waves wallpaper and golden accents. There is a corner sofa bed to sleep 2 guests and a comfortable chair bed to sleep 1 guest. An elegant room with bags of character and of course the sea view! Sleeps 3.
Second Floor
- The Aquamarine Room – Sleeps 3, with a King size bed plus single trundle bed with full size single mattress. Feature mermaid wallpaper, huge full length mirror, dressing table seating 4 people.
- Bathroom – Another contemporary and spacious bathroom. With bath and separate shower, wash basin and WC.
Third Floor
- The Siren’s Nest – Sleeps 6 – A huge room with a triple sleeper a double bed and a further single. Feature mermaid wallpaper and art.
