About Brighton Squire House
The modern designed kitchen and dining room consists of two ovens with a large hob, dishwasher, washing machine, two fridge freezers and a dining table/ bench seating area suitable for your group. You also have the option of socialising in the stylish lounge area which is perfect to put your feet up and relax. The living room has two comfy sofa beds and a Smart TV which really adds to that home away from home feeling.
Across the property you’ll find seven bright and comfortable bedrooms featuring an array of double beds, single beds and sofa beds.
If you’re driving to the property, there are plenty of car parks situated around Brighton and are within walking distance to the Brighton Squire House.
Brighton Squire House is a fantastic property for large groups, including stags and hens, that want a combination of relaxing by the seaside, whilst also being within walking distance of the city centre for fine dining, and cool, quirky bars and clubs for night’s out.

To secure your booking at The Brighton Squire House, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
