The Brighton Palais House is located just off of the Marine Parade, just minutes walk from Brighton’s pebbly beach and the famous Palace Pier. The property is incredibly central and you’ll be able to walk into the centre of town for all your entertainment needs.
The house is capable of sleeping up to 20 guests in 4 bedrooms with an additional 2 guests on floor mattresses, and is perfect for large groups, particularly hen groups looking for a house with big dining tables and plenty of open-plan spaces.

About Brighton Palais House
As you enter the the property you can see through to the underground dining room & kitchen through the glass port hole and balcony. The hub of the house is the downstairs dining area which has been purposely built as a social hub for guests.
The Brighton Palais House boasts a huge dining table capable of seating all of your guests. This is a terrific area with polished concrete floors, timber clad walls, high ceiling void, and neon lighting. The perfect space for hosting feasts and enjoying each others company.
The kitchen units have white stone worktops and you will find all of the utensils and equipment you need to cook your meals. We have a double oven, 6 ring hob, dishwasher, washing machine and American fridge freezer.
The ground floor living space is dark and sensual, with incredibly soft sofas, two sofa beds (if needed for sleeping flexibility), and a massive 52-inch TV screen. Bifold doors allow the room to be divided into two bedrooms or open as one big room with a mezzanine view down into the dining space.
A smaller double bedroom is located at the front of the home on the ground floor.
There are three spacious bedrooms, each with reclaimed British wood and high-quality finishes. Two of the bedrooms feature huge en-suite modern shower rooms, and the top bedroom has a distinctive front balcony/terrace with seats and a table.
On the first level, there is a marble bathroom with a huge jacuzzi bath and rainfall shower.

Booking Information
To secure your booking at the Brighton Palais House, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
