About Brighton Radiant House
This cool and unique house has recently been refurbished, the entrance is tucked away down one of Brighton’s old lanes, once inside you will notice a spacious entrance hall with a few steps leading to the large living/ dining room. This room is a fantastic space to get together and unwind consisting of a large steel and oak dining table which can comfortably sit your group. Also in the room you will find two sofas where you can relax and put your feet up.
You’ll have access to a fully equipped kitchen during your stay with all the appliances and amenities you’ll need for a self catering stay. You will find a gas oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave & a large fridge freezer suitable for your group.
Across the property you’ll find four bright bedrooms featuring triple bunk beds as well as sofa beds and a relaxing chair bed.
Being in central Brighton, you will be in close proximity to a variety of pubs and bars as well as a short walk down to Brighton pier and beach where you can soak up and enjoy the bright rays on those lovely sunny days.
If you’re driving to the house, there are a few car parks situated a short distance away from the property.
Brighton Radiant House is a fantastic property for large groups, including stags and hens, that want a combination of either relaxing and resting near the seafront or looking to check out Brighton’s unique and quirky bars for night’s out.

A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
