Sleeping up to 20 guests across 14 individual beds, this house offers a true Parisian experience right in the heart of the Brighton’s Kemptown.
The interior boasts a chic French theme, with each bedroom uniquely styled. Designer wallpaper ranges from Vivienne Westwood to elegant Louis XV, complemented by vibrant fabrics, plush velvet cushions, and vintage French shabby-chic furnishings.

About Chic Central Brighton Townhouse
The hub of the house is the beautiful, open-plan living space and kitchen area. It’s perfect for gathering your entire group to socialise, play games and just be in each other’s company. The lounge is decorated in soft pinks and deep purples with 3 plush sofas surrounding a large smart TV. There’s also a large dining table with benches to to seat your entire group with a papered map of Paris.
The self-catering kitchen has cream country style units, gas oven with electric grill and hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The cupboards are stocked with wine and champagne glasses for 20 people as well as plenty of pots, pans and cooking utensils.
Directly outside the lounge is a small patio area with tables and chairs for a spot of fresh air.
There are four beautiful bedrooms across the property (see bedroom configuration below). There are three bathrooms with walk-in shower cubicles, wash basins and toilets.
There is a large lounge along with a separate delightful dining room to seat 20 guests which conveniently connects with the fully equipped kitchen.
The Chic Central Brighton Townhouse is a rare gem not just because of it’s decor but because it comes with 2 free dedicated parking spots for guests which is rare find in Brighton.

Booking Information
To secure your booking at the Chic Central Brighton Townhouse, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
