Step through the grand double gates of The Sussex Lakeside Retreat and enter a world of secluded luxury. Set on a private estate with a gated driveway, this spacious barn conversion is designed for group getaways, offering a stylish yet cozy atmosphere with plenty of room to relax and entertain.
With seven beautifully designed bedrooms and 10 comfortable beds (plus an extra two beds and bedroom at an additional cost), there’s ample space for your group to spread out and unwind. Looking for more space? Add the optional 8th bedroom (at an extra cost), featuring two double beds, perfect for larger groups.

Booking Information
To secure your booking at The Sussex Lakeside Retreat, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
