This stunning home retains ancient oak walls, exposed ceiling timbers, and decorative fireplaces, blending traditional charm with every modern convenience you could need. The house is spread over two floors, providing plenty of space for your group to relax, celebrate, or simply enjoy each other’s company.
The open-plan kitchen and dining area is the heart of the home, designed for big gatherings. It features high-end appliances and a dining table that seats 20 guests, making it ideal for celebratory meals or long evenings of laughter and conversation.
The Noble Oak Country House boasts 6 beautifully styled bedrooms, and there are also hotel-quality small-double sofa beds in the living room.
Outdoors, the estate is your own oasis. Relax in the large hot tub during the day or at night with the stars, take a leisurely stroll through the gardens, or enjoy the children’s play area, perfect for families. For a bit of friendly competition, head to the private tennis court, shared only with the neighboring cottages. There’s also an outdoor table tennis and pool table, and football net on the grass. With picturesque ponds and the occasional sighting of ducks, deer, or rabbits, the grounds feel like a slice of countryside paradise.

To secure your booking at The Noble Oak Country House, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
