The Nottingham Luxury Country Retreat is a 5-star gold awarded countryside estate available for exclusive hire across the Nottinghamshire countryside, sleeping between 20-36 guests across 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Originally dating back to 1816 and meticulously restored to a spectacular standard, this 10,000 sq ft property sits within 20 acres of private gated land.
From the vaulted barn with its heated indoor swimming pool to a near 1,000 sq ft kitchen made for social dining, three separate lounge areas, a games room with full-size slate pool table, and south-facing landscaped gardens overlooking open countryside, every corner of the retreat is designed for groups to relax and come together.

About Nottingham Luxury Country Retreat
Surrounded by 16 acres, this country house offers stunning views over the Trent Valley. Privately located and reached by its own drive way. The idyllic setting is the perfect place for your stag party or hen weekend in Nottingham, which is just over 10 miles away and offers extensive shopping, restaurants and sporting facilities.
The 60ft luxury open plan kitchen with living and dining area – set around a Mediterranean Courtyard, includes kitchen table and seating area with Sky TV. The kitchen units are solid polished mahogany, with high quality appliances made by Kuppersbusch: including a steam oven, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, vinidor wine cabinet with instant temperature settings, zip tap (instant boiling & chilled filtered water) & 3 warming draws. There is also a spacious utility room with Miele washing machine & dryer provided.
A former barn has been converted into a stunning vaulted swimming pool and leisure complex. There is a private 10 metre heated indoor pool (heating for the pool is included in the cost) and Gym studio.
Central Mediterranean courtyard with gas barbeque and dining area (the gas supplied for the barbeque is charged separately). There is an additional outside eating area in the landscaped gardens which is shaded by silver birch trees.
The property also features a fantastic array of facilities including Wireless Starlink (SpaceX) WiFi throughout the property, 7 digital televisions with Sky Multi-Room package, Ipod and Bose Docking System and a 7ft Pool table.
The property is also 30 minutes away from Nottingham’s City Centre, making the property a perfect Stag or hen getaway, giving you the option to relax and put your feet up or if you want to explore the city centre its just a short journey away.

To secure your booking at the Nottingham Luxury Country Retreat, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
