Sleeping up to 24 guests, this fabulous Alice in Wonderland-themed townhouse is tucked away in vibrant Kemptown – just minutes from the beach and Brighton’s legendary nightlife. If you’re after a playful, Insta-worthy escape with your girls, you’ve just found it.

Step into your own fairytale at The Rabbit Hole Residence, a show-stopping Brighton townhouse designed with hen parties and girls’ getaways in mind.
This sprawling six-bedroom property is set over five floors and sleeps up to 24 guests comfortably, making it ideal for big groups who want to stay together and celebrate in style.
The house is packed with playful design touches straight out of Alice in Wonderland – think flamingo wall art, clocks galore, checkerboard floors, and an iconic Mad Hatter-style dining room. Each room has its own twist of fantasy, from cosy dorm-style sleeping nooks with plush bedding, to elegant bathrooms with plenty of space to get glammed up for a night out.
There are four bathrooms, a full kitchen, a lounge space for relaxing, and a huge dining area that practically begs for a delicious afternoon tea which we can arrange for you.
Location-wise, you’re in the heart of Kemptown, Brighton’s eclectic and inclusive neighbourhood packed with indie cafés, cocktail bars, and boutique shops. The beach is just at the bottom of the road, and you’re only a 10-minute walk to Brighton Pier, the Lanes, and all the nightlife you could ask for.

Booking Information
To secure your booking at The Rabbit Hole Residence, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.

Bedroom Configuration
Mirror Mirror Bedroom – sleeps 3
King size double bed or twin beds, plus a single sofa bed. This large, glamourous mauve boudoir has shimmering designer wallpaper, sumptious cushions, an elegant chaise loungues, hairdryer, ipod dock and Smart TV with internet access.
The Tweedles – sleeps 2
King size double or twin beds. This is a compact but stylish room in monochrome with designer soft cushions, vanity shelf and hairdryer.
The Curiouser and Curiouser Room – sleeps 2
King size double or twin beds. Weird and wonderful wallpaper of fob watches, gloves and victoriana, wash basin, looking glass and hairdryer.
Flamingo Dreams Room – sleeps 6
3 super-comfy single beds and a luxury bespoke mirrored bunk bed in art deco style and a pull-out futon. Some of the flamingoes adorning the walls are upsidedown so as to be croquet mallets! Huge pink feather light shade and stunning sea views from the benched bay window. A lovely room!
Alice’s Room – sleeps 2
Antique french double bed. This room is extra special, with a lace canopy over the bed, wash basin, hairdryer and a wall of looking glasses.
The Queen of Hearts Room – sleeps 6
3 super-comfy single beds and a luxury bespoke playing card bunkbed with hat boxes as steps! and a pull-out futon. This room has jewelled wallpaper, wash basin, hairdryer and stunning sea views.
The Lounge – sleeps 3
This playing card be-decked, silver and gold opulent room seats 14 guests and can sleep 3 on a double and a single sofa bed, so can function as a 7th bedroom. Smart TV with internet access, ipod dock and a sea view!
