Set behind electric gates on two private acres, the property pairs indoor entertaining space with a heated outdoor swimming pool, a hot tub and some of the most peaceful countryside Bedfordshire has to offer.
Heronbrook Hall welcomes all types of group celebration; family get-together’s, holidays with friends, corporate trips and well behaved stag and hen weekends. Heronbrook Hall sits quietly behind electric gates on two private acres of Bedfordshire countryside. It’s a spacious, well-designed home that’s been put together with large groups firmly in mind. From the moment you arrive you’ll feel a familiar homely feeling with a sense of luxury. Underfloor heating runs throughout the ground floor and the communal areas are purposely spacious so that everyone can enjoy being with each other.
Living Spaces
Inside, the ground floor opens into a series of well-proportioned living areas designed for exactly the kind of relaxed, social stays that groups come here for. The whole house has been fitted and styled to a high standard, and the underfloor heating ensures it’s as comfortable in January as it is in July.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is well-equipped and ready for groups, with everything you need to cook together, eat together. It’s a sociable, functional space that makes self-catering feel easy rather than effortful.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Heronbrook Hall has 6 bedrooms with 6.5 bathrooms between them, giving guests a level of privacy and comfort that larger group properties don’t always deliver. Bedrooms can be arranged as super king doubles or twin rooms prior to arrival, so you can configure the house to suit your group exactly.
Outside Space & Swimming Pool
The outdoor space is one of the main reasons guests choose to stay at Heronbrook Hall. A heated swimming pool takes centre stage in the garden, surrounded by two acres of private countryside garden. The hot tub is there for evenings, for early mornings, or for whenever the mood takes you.
There are sun loungers around the pool, outdoor seating, and a BBQ for those sunny garden momenets.
Parking is secure and sits behind the electric gate. Please note the pool is seasonal and available from May through to October.

Set in the rural heart of Bedfordshire, Heronbrook Hall is far enough from everything to feel like a real escape without being inconveniently remote. Santa Pod Raceway is close by for those who want a bit of adrenaline, and the surrounding area offers golf courses, clay shooting, driving experiences and miles of countryside walking.
Bedford town centre is easily reachable for anything else you might need.

Booking Information
To secure your booking at Heronbrook Hall, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
