Rochdale Valley House seamlessly combines upscale amenities with cosy touches. The open-plan living area, adorned with tasteful décor, provides ample space for socializing or relaxing. Large windows flood the space with natural light, enhancing the warm and inviting atmosphere.

Designed to accommodate large groups, the property features multiple seating areas, perfect for gatherings or quiet moments. The huge window in the living room has spectacular country views, and lets in so much natural light. There are lots of entertainment that guests of all ages will enjoy; there is a pool table, TikTok mirror and a popcorn machine to keep everyone busy.

The state-of-the-art kitchen is a culinary enthusiast’s dream. Equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space, it invites guests to craft delicious meals, whether a simple breakfast or a festive dinner.
Elegant Bedrooms
Each of the well-appointed bedrooms offers a serene retreat after a day of exploration. Plush bedding, thoughtful furnishings, and tranquil views ensure restful nights and rejuvenating mornings. Rochdale Valley House sleeps a standard 17 guests but with an additional pull out mattress and sofa bed, this is extended to 20 guests maximum. The bedrooms can also be configured so that two singles can be made into a double bed; just let us know so the property owner can make sure this is prepared for you!

Booking Information
To secure your booking at Rochdale Valley House, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
