This Portsmouth holiday house is grand in design but has a real homely feel, perfect for large groups who are looking for a comfortable stay with familiar amenities.
Located close to Portsmouth and just minutes away from the beach at Stokes Bay, you’re in the perfect location to blend seaside fun and city attractions.
This large and beautiful house has six bedrooms that can sleep up to 10 adults, with an additional two temporary beds for an extra two guests.

About Portsmouth Holiday Home
It has a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area that’s a fantastic space for friends and family looking to socialise and reminisce on good times.
On sunny days you’ll want to take advantage of the south facing garden that has sofa style seating. You’ll also find a side gate that gives you access to a neighbouring park and the seafront.
Fancy some fun? We have a games room with table football and boxed games for everyone to enjoy.
If you’re driving down to our Portsmouth holiday home you’ll find free off-road parking for six cars.
Bedrooms: 5 bedrooms all with either en-suite or private bathrooms. Two beds are huge and three are kingsize (5ft). Sea views from three of the bedrooms. Bedroom 6 has one double bed ( & one single bed can be made up ) who are sharing a bathroom with one other bedroom. We also have one put up bed which can go in one of the bedrooms.
Facilities: The large dining table seats up to 12 people comfortably and for any extras we have the kitchen bar with bar stools adjacent to the table. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 ovens, a microwave and dishwasher and all the usual kitchen gadgets as well as crockery and serving dishes for large group meals.
Please note that the Portsmouth Holiday home features a number of personal possessions in the house, so please treat it with respect. We invite all large groups to visit Portsmouth and have a fantastic self catering stay here!

Booking Information
To secure your booking at the Portsmouth Holiday Home, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
