About The Emerson Swan Retreat
The Emerson Swan Retreat has been newly refurbished throughout, giving it a modern feel while still keeping things cosy and relaxed. Every space has been designed with groups in mind, whether you’re catching up over food, lounging in the sunny garden or spreading out during a weekend escape. It’s the kind of home where you can move from a pool day to a movie night effortlessly.
Living/Social Space
The villa offers several inviting areas to relax, including a bright extension for morning coffee or a friendly game of pool. There’s a dedicated cinema room brings everyone together for film nights, complete with comfy, tiered seating and a true big screen experience. Next to the cinema, there’s a fully equipped games room featuring a pool table, foosball table and race car console. The large living room has plenty of plush seating for groups that just want to snack and chat. In addition to a large living room, there is a 16 seater dining table with luxurious velvety chairs.
The Kitchen
The kitchen and dining space are designed for sociable cooking and group meals, with plenty of room to prep, pour drinks and chat while everything comes together. Modern appliances and thoughtful layout make it feel like a home you settle into instantly. Whether you’re cooking up something simple for a celebration or hosting a group dinner, the space works beautifully. Keen on a meal where you don’t have to leave the house or cook and clean? Our most popular add-on activity is our Private Chef experience. Private Chefs will bring all the ingredients and equipment, cook for you on site, then clean up afterwards, so you don’t have to!
The Bedrooms

Booking Information:
To secure your booking at The Emerson Swan Retreat, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
