The living space is made for socialising. There’s a large lounge area perfect for movie nights, group games or just catching up over a few drinks. With fast Wi-Fi (using B4RN, ‘Broadband for the Rural North Ltd’ delivering full-fibre broadband to the hardest to reach) and a smart TV, it’s great for laid-back evenings, and there’s enough comfy seating for everyone to hang out together.
A kitchen for group feasts
Cooking’s a breeze thanks to the large kitchen kitted out with everything you need to feed a crowd; an industrial oven, heaps of counter space, and a big dining area where you can serve up a group brunch, birthday dinner or Sunday roast. There’s also a dishwasher, so no one’s stuck with the washing up.

Booking Information
To secure your booking at Cumbrian House Escape, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 10 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
