Shake those pom-poms as you learn some fantastic cheerleading routines and customised sideline chants. Certain to come in handy on the dance floor later!
Your professional choreographer will get you warmed up and take you through some simple cheers and combinations, before building up to a full routine to a medley of fab cheerleading music.
The emphasis is on having fun and feeling great, so even those with no experience can join in and have a great time.
This class is a great excuse for fancy dress as you can ask the group to all come as cheerleaders – great for the photo opportunities during the class and if you’re brave enough, for heading out into the town!
