The Bournemouth Halen Holiday Home is a beautiful, 1930 historic home that is available for holiday lets and capable of sleeping up to 14 guests. It’s located next to a woodland walk and a short walk from Boscombe beach.
Stand out features of the house include an 8ft butchers block table, a baby grand piano, and a fantastic 14ft sunken trampoline in the front garden of the house. There’s also a large south-east facing back-garden, perfect for those sunny days near the sunny coast.

About Bournemouth Halen Holiday Home
Halen Holiday Home has many characterful quirks but with our modernised twist. A well as the beach being close by, you’re within walking distance of the high street where you’ll find plenty of eateries and shops.
Our property has five double bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large living area which is great for socialising with friends and family. The kitchen is well equipped and fitted with everything you’ll need to cook a feast. We also have plenty of parking on the drive and road to accommodate your guests.
Please note the property is a 1930’s house, with all the wobbly floor boards that era had to offer. It is large and spacious and quirky.

To secure your booking at the Bournemouth Halen Holiday Home, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
