10th Birthday – wishes do come true

So we passed our 10th birthday in June, with all its trials and tribulations it has been fun. And that’s the important bit, we still find working on behalf of clients fun.

After a decade of organising stag and hen weekends we know what will work and what will not.

Some clients get the idea of how we work but you’d be surprised at how many think we’re simply a stag or hen directory and we just throw people at any venue with the only thought of maximising profit.

However the clever ones understand client satisfaction is our top priority, always has and always will be. We always prefer to be honest and say that’s not our bag as we do not offer cheap and cheerful and we will not dilute the product to compete with second rate venues, you do not get past a decade in business by doing so!

If you ask us how to do it, well it’s no secret, it’s experience! Experience makes the events tick along just as it should, once you get it right just keep developing it. Did you know we contact every element (hotel, activity venue, club, etc) of every stag or hen weekend up to 7 times to complete all our booking procedures! Really – yep, 1. Initial availability 2 after client calls back we check again, 3 client books, we confirm, 4 written confirmation 5 accounts organise invoices 6 accounts pay and double check 7 pre-event check the week before. 7 times!!

And that’s with every element of the weekend or company event. These and many other internal policies pretty much guarantee it goes off as planned and when things don’t for one reason or another then, well there’s no one better to call than our agency who knows who to call to make it right!
