About The York Minster Apartment
The York Minster Apartment has 4 beautiful bedrooms featuring a mix of single and double beds. All of our beds have luxury bedding and are new, comfortable hotel standard beds. Please let us know what configuration your require and we will do our best to adapt to your needs.
You’ll have access to a private outdoor veranda which receives a lot of sun and is a perfect hang-out spot in the sun when you’re not exploring York. You’ll also have an overlooking view of the walls of York Minster.
The kitchen has all of the self-catering appliances you will need for a convenient stay and seating for everyone who is staying at the York Minster Apartment.
There are two bathrooms; the first is on the main floor with a toilet and shower. The second bathroom is on the third floor with over bath shower.
Whilst visiting you will have a parking area available which will comfortably accommodate up to 3 vehicles
Please note that whilst we welcome all groups who want to enjoy York and celebrate, we do ask you to be respectful or neighbours as the apartment is based in a residential neighbourhood.

To secure your booking at the York Minster Apartment, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.

This property is in a residential neighbourhood and so guests are asked to ensure their visit and behaviour does not impact on our neighbours. The property includes CCTV cameras on outside and communal areas which are not actively monitored but do record.
