About The Brighton Beachside Penthouse
Located right by the Palace Pier, The Brighton Beachside Apartment boasts breathtaking balcony views that stretch across the seafront, offering a picture-perfect backdrop for your stay. The open-plan living space, dining area and kitchen is the social hub of the apartment, that has large windows with lots of natural light, and connected to the balcony offering amazing views of Brighton’s coastline. It’s the perfect place to gather and entertain as group, cook a meal and have some pre-evening drinks before venturing outside. This area has a flat screen TV, WIFI and either a SONOS or Alexa speaker for you to use. The dining table can sit 8-12 people and has everything you need for a night in. The kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, cooker, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

The Brighton Beachside Penthouse is located directly above a club and terrace in Brighton on the fourth floor. On some weekdays and most weekends, the bar with be playing loud music. Although the Penthouse is located five floors above, the music will occasionally be heard in the Penthouse. The club closes at 4am. For groups looking to experience Brighton’s nightlife, this shouldn’t pose a problem.

A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
