Queensway Apartment is a mix of historic charm with modern comforts, which offers a spacious, stylish environment perfect for all types of groups. Open plan living space and kitchen
The lounge is set up for social time, movie nights, or gaming marathons thanks to the 75-inch 4K TV and Xbox One. Just a note, the TV’s in this property don’t have terrestrial channels but is Netflix-ready. The open layout makes it easy for whoever is cooking to still get in with the gossip or see who is winning on the Xbox. The kitchen is stocked with your basic cooking needs if you awnted to cook, but if you’re feeling a bit lazy you’re in the heart of the city and surrounded by restaurants and cafes.
Bedrooms
There are four bedrooms with a mix of double and small double beds, plus a small double sofa bed in the lounge. Three of the bedrooms have Netflix-ready TVs and the fourth bedroom is accessed by stairs and has no door, so it’s slightly less private and also acts as a walkway to the third bedroom. It’s ideal for groups that don’t mind a more open and social sleeping setup.
Location & Things to See
The location is incredibly central! Tesco and several multi-storey car parks are only minutes away on foot. Around the corner, you’ll find the legendary Cavern Club where the Beatles played in their early years, and a short stroll brings you to Liverpool One shopping centre. With so much right outside your door, it’s easy to explore the best of the city. Please note that the central setting means some street or bar noise can be heard from two of the bedrooms, particularly on weekends.

What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
