This lovely and spacious Cardiff holiday home is situated just a 10 minute walk away from the city centre, and everything you could possibly need for a fantastic city break, including a pool table!
We welcome you to a large, bright and modern house in a great location. This property has four bedrooms with seven beds, and comfortably sleeps 12 guests. The property contains original Edwardian features and combines this with smart space and comfortable surroundings to create a holiday home that feels familiar and safe. It’s been designed with large groups in mind so that you can rest and socialise together.
Ideal for families and friends that want to take a trip to Cardiff city, sight see and try the attractions. Equally as fantastic for well behaved stag and hen groups that want a central base of operations.
The lounge has two sofas that both conveniently convert into beds, and there are a pair of armchairs too. Take advantage of the 50″ smart TV with access to all the popular channels, and Netflix too – perfect for this movie nights in.
There’s also a large dining table in the dining room that is an excellent space for socialising and eating together in a formal or casual way.
The kitchen features a modern suite with all the appliances and utensils you will likely need to enjoy a self catering stay. Ordering a food shop to the house and cooking it yourself is much better value than eating out every single night. But seeing as you’re on holiday, we won’t blame you if you do decide to eat out at delicious restaurants that are within walking distance.
The quartet of bedrooms are modern and inviting, all with comfortable mattresses and plumped-up pillows.
To help get everyone ready you’ll have use of two bathrooms; a family bathroom featuring a tub with shower overhead upstairs, and a shower room downstairs.
It’s also worth mentioning that there is free parking spaces outside the house, so no need to lug your suitcases around for miles.

To secure your booking at the Cardiff City Centre Holiday Home, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.
