This New Forest large group holiday home is a modern chalet style property offering five star accommodation for it’s guests. This house is capable of sleeping up to 13 guests across five bedrooms and a cosy glamping hut that boasts picturesque views across the woodland cops.
The glamping hut is fully insulated with a flame effect log burner, and has zip and link bed allowing it to accommodate guests wanting either a twin or double room. It’s conveniently located towards the rear of main property allowing guests to have easy access to the house to use the bathroom facilities.

About New Forest Large Group Holiday Home
Away from the everyday hustle and bustle, this this New Forest holiday home sits within it’s own extensive grounds. Whether you’re planning a trip with family, celebrating with friends, or as a stag and hen group, this property comes with everything you could possibly need for a break away.
In the main house, on the ground floor you will find a double bedroom; a king size bedroom with a high ceiling and a disabled en-suite shower room; a cloakroom and a family bathroom with a separate shower enclosure and bath. On the first floor, there is a family bedroom with double bed and single bed; a shower room; a twin bedroom and a further twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Also within the property is a Sky Trak Golf Simulator is available that we can set up for you to use during your stay in the games room and includes nets. Please enquire for costs.
Within the garden, there is a large trampoline, a barbeque and seating for up to 13 on one of the patio areas. There is also a substantial and high integral double games garage which has a full sized table tennis table and an adult table football table. We have also now added a full-size climbing frame for children of all ages to enjoy. A Hot tub that can seat 4 – 6 person is also available to hire. Please enquire for costs.
There is parking for up to 5 cars , and an adjoining bridleway giving access to an extensive network of bridleways throughout the National Park. There is also private fishing available on an 80 yard stretch of the Hampshire Avon, approximately 150 yards from the property. (Additional charge for fishing).

Booking Information
To secure your booking at the New Forest Holiday Home, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
