About Brighton Terminus House
The house consists of six bedrooms and three bathrooms situated across three floors. The bedrooms offer an array of double beds, bunk beds and triple bunk beds.
The spacious lounge area includes a large comfortable sofa and Smart TV, which is the perfect space for groups to interact and put their feet up which leads into the kitchen. Within the kitchen you will find it to be fully equipped and ready for your stay including an oven and hob, washer/dryer, sofa, toaster and fridge/freezer. Whether you choose to stay in or go out you have a real sense of a home away from home feel when at the property.
If you’re driving to the house, there are plenty of car parks situated around the Brighton area and are within walking distance to Terminus House.

To secure your booking at the Brighton Terminus House, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
