About Extreme Dodgeball
Extreme Dodgeball is a fresh take on the traditional game, with a mix of fun mini games and light-hearted competition. You’ll split into teams, grab your soft dodgeballs, and try to tag out the other side, while dodging incoming throws yourself. It’s quick to learn, full of movement, and guaranteed to get everyone laughing.

How to Play Extreme Dodgeball
Your event coordinator will kick things off with a warm welcome and a quick rundown of the rules. The dodgeballs are soft and safe, so you can throw with confidence and dodge without fear. You’ll play a mix of classic dodgeball and themed mini games that keep things fresh and fun throughout the session.
The coordinator will split the teams evenly and the objective is to throw the softballs at the other team members and get them out whilst trying not to get hit and thrown out yourself! In Extreme Dodgeball, you’ll be playing some mini games, which make ordinary dodgeball seem boring!

We can even bring the fun directly to your hired accommodation or venue. All that’s needed is a large, flat area (usually a garden) to host the game. If you’re unsure whether your space is suitable, just share the property details and a few photos of the space you want to host the game in. Our team will check and let you know if it’s dodgeball ready!
