About Cotswolds Contemporary Barn
This recently refurbished outhouse is beaming with sunlight in the huge open plan living room space with floor to ceiling windows, comfy sofas, beanbags and drop-down cinema screen. Following behind is the immense fully equipped kitchen with a large island made of dreams and a huge dining table perfect for your dinner and drinks, promising you the best stay.
Across the property you’ll find 7 bright and comfortable bedrooms featuring an array of double beds, single beds and bunk beds. The ground floor also has a wet-room – ideal for those with limited mobility. All rooms have large windows to lay back and and enjoy the scenery. The bathrooms have a variety of a bath and shower, some bedrooms with en-suites.
Outside you’ll find a lovely garden space with decking and outdoor furniture and a BBQ and firepit, perfect for those sunny days where you can soak up those rays, and eat and drink with a spot of fresh air. You’ll also find a 14 foot sunken trampoline.
Cotswolds Latest Outhouse is a Beautiful property for large groups, including stags and hens, that want a combination of countryside peace and quiet, whilst also being within travel distance of the Cotswolds and Oxford.

Booking Information
To secure your booking at The Cotswold Contemporary Barn near Oxford, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
