The Bumble House is a lovely and spacious property that can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests across four bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms.
The property is just 3 miles from Leeds City Centre with easy access to all transport links and the A1/M1 and M62. There are plenty of buses to travel around the bustling city and surrounding areas.

About The Bumble House
This beautiful new build house has a huge cosy living room space with comfy sofas and a large LED TV, which also leads into the dining room and kitchen through glass French doors. The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances and amenities you’ll need for a self catering stay. Both of these adjoining rooms make for a fantastic socialising space with friends and family members, and really adds to that home away from home feeling.
Across the property you’ll find 4 colourful and comfortable bedrooms featuring an array of double beds and single beds.
If you’re driving to the house, we have parking on the driveway for three cars for you to take advantage of.
The Bumble House is a fantastic property for large groups, including stags and hens, that want a combination of a nice neighbourhood and also being within travel distance of the City centre of Leeds for fine dining, bars and clubs for a night out.
This property is semi-detached and directly next to The Hive. If both are available they can be hired together for a total of 24 guests. Please enquire for more details on hiring both properties.

Booking Information
To secure your booking at the Bumble House in Leeds, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Security Deposit
Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
